2025 SASPA Conference Coffee Exhibitor
Inclusions:
- Exhibition space with coffee cart, including access to one power point.
- Majority of attendees will attend your trade position as this is the only barista coffee available to attendees.
- SASPA will organise all details for the coffee cart.
- Branding on front of coffee cart (SASPA will organise).
- 1000 branded coffee cups (SASPA will organise).
- Three exhibitor registrations, including all day catering.
- Exhibitor listing in the trade passport, including map listing.
- Branded coffee cards with your logo for attendees to use.
- Permission for promotional materials/prizes to be distributed from your stand to delegates
- 2 invitations for your representative to attend the conference networking event
- List of delegates with contact details, subject to privacy laws
Thursday evening dinner ticket availability at an additional cost for exhibitors will be confirmed closer to the event date.
Terms & Conditions
BOOKING & PAYMENT:
To secure an exhibition space, please complete and submit the Online Exhibitor Application.
On receipt of an application an invoice will be emailed – the full fee is due within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. Non payment of this invoice by the due date will result in your trade space being cancelled.
Trade coffee position is specific to the coffee cart area.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of exhibitor bookings must be forwarded to SASPA – Business Manager, Kym O’Loughlin. Cancellations received before 1st June 2025 will receive a 50% refund of payment. Cancellations after 1st June 2025 will forfeit full payment made.
SECURITY:
The Exhibition will be locked each evening, however, it is suggested that no easily removed valuable items be left over night. No responsibility can be held for any loss or damage to equipment and display materials.
