SASPA 2026 Twilight – Navigating complex conversations

This workshop will be presented by Thilan Legierse.
This workshop equips emerging leaders with the confidence, language and tools to navigate complex conversations, set clear expectations, and hold the line, without damaging relationships or avoiding what matters. This session provides practical tools and frameworks to support leaders to step into these responsibilities with clarity, confidence and consistency.
