LIFT Exec Program 2026

SASPA LIFT Exec is a program aimed at Assistant Principals and Deputy Principals leadership in secondary schools. The outcome of this program is to help navigate the dynamic challenges that these roles entail. Using collaborative methods, participants will have the chance to address particular context challenges with fellow colleagues & experienced Principals to help guide them.

This program has been developed by the profession for the profession and in response to member identified needs with facilitation by Kirsty Amos (Chief Executive, SASPA) and Tom Griffith (SASPA Leader Development Convenor & Assistant Principal, Seaton High School). Please feel free to contact Kirsty or Tom if you have any questions in regards to the program.

Who: Assistant Principals & Deputy Principals.
We are looking to host a separate event focused for Coordinators.  

When: 3 full day workshops
Day 1: Term 1 Week 8 Fri 20th March
Day 2: Term 2 Week 8 Fri 19th June
Day 3: Term 3 Week 9 Fri 18th September

Hosted at The Rezz Hotel, Newton (20 Hamilton Terrace, Newton, SA 5074)
